Activities

The Activities Committee is an all-volunteer group of Timberlakers who design, organize, and put on social and recreational activities throughout the year for members and their families.  The primary purpose of Activities is to foster a sense of community and provide opportunities for members to get to know their neighbors through family-friendly events.  Activities runs a number of events and initiatives ranging from indoor parties to outdoor events, contests, parades, crafts bazaars, and school and food drives.  Some of our most popular events include the Kids' Fishing Derby contest, November's Chili Cook-Off, our summer Island Park Barbeque, the Halloween Trunk or Treat night at the MPC, the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Springer Park, and our signature holiday Santa Parade. The Committee also traditionally provides food and refreshments at Timberlakes' Annual Meeting.
