HOA Info/Docs:This page hosts information regarding dues, fees, and billing, important reports, like Treasurer’s reports and water adequacy reports, and governing documents like rules, bylaws, forms, maps and some FAQ’s.
Events:This is a holistic calendar of upcoming events including community events the activities committee, etc. are putting on, as well as board and committee and community meetings.
Meetings: This page is specifically outlined to highlight specific dates of board and committee and community meetings, and included special documents related to those meetings, like agendas, minutes and anything else that is provided by those running those meetings.
Announcements: Come here to find out important news that is currently relevant and important, such as emergencies, cancellations of meetings, emergency meetings, and important messages from the office and/or water/maintenance staff.
Newsletters: Our community publishes a bimonthly newsletter in coordination with our bimonthly water/dues billing. We send them out with the bills, publish them on our website and have them available in the office.
Committees: Under the dropdown, there is a link for each committee’s page. This is where important information and messages related to each committee’s work, meetings, announcements, events etc. can be found.
