Election

The Election Committee’s responsibility is to count the ballots of all elections authorized by the Timberlake Board of Directors. After ballots have been counted the Committee then reports back the results to the Board of Directors. In addition the Committee may be charged with the safeguard of the ballots, accuracy of the count and to report results to the membership at the Annual Meeting.
